In iOS 8.0.2 I am unable to send new messages composed in apps other than Mail while using VoiceOver. I double tap the send button but nothing happens. This is regardless of whether I get to the send button by swiping or by explore by touch. If I locate the send button, turn off VoiceOver and then tap on the send button, it works, but not with VoiceOver enabled. This only happens when composing messages from other apps, not when composing a message in the Messages app itself.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it an iOS 8 thing or was this happening previously?
