Assuming you are talking about iTunes 12 on the Mac, Have you tried the
keyboard shortcuts: cmd-1 cmd2 cmd3 cmd4 etc. And/or the radio buttons?

Also column browser is still there; it's cmd-b which is a toggle, and it is
also in your menus if you explore them after vo-m and go over to View.

I did a long explanation of some of this, including how to use the pop-up, on
Macvisionaries and if I can find it I'll post it here. I'd like to not have to
rewrite it from scratch. Also, there have been several good explanations posted
on the Macvisionary lists of iTunes 12 on Windows as well. It is not
inaccessible in either Windows or Mac OS even though it looks a little
different and may be confusing at first.

I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf.
I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper
thrown in the trash!
Then God gave me a new heart and life:
His joy for my despairing tears!
And now, every day:
"This I call to mind,
and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord
never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness."
(Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV)
