Greyhound app

Has anybody tried the Greyhound IOS app? Their web site is so hard to 
deal with I thought I'd try their app. But when I run it, it just says 
"login view" no matter what I do. I have tried tapping around the screen 
and  all voiceover says is "login view". I even tried a bluetooth 
keyboard. It seems as if there are no accessible controls anywhere on 
the screen. How is that even possible? I'm guessing it wants me to login 
or to create a login but there'd have to be a text entry field on the 
screen for that.
