Even sighted people complain about the Greyhound web site.

Hmm,  Maybe the canada site is different from the US site.  It's not
my favourite in the world, but I used to book tickets all the time
when I was the ebony consultant.  Was there a particular spot where
people run into trouble, or is it just a blanket nucence?
