I finally was able to do that yesterday, and it turned out the sim card needed
replacing. Then I got it out to the card, and for some reason couldn't get a
data signal, but my 4G was working perfectly.
So we drove back to the sprint store, but the person who helped us wasn't
there anymore, and the ones who were there only worked in sales and couldn't
help, so we made an appointment to come in at 9 this morning. Then something
told me to toggle the mute switch, when I woke up this morning and started
playing around with it, sense my voiceover sounds weren't working, and that
somehow or another fixed everything. I've never done anything with that, so
had no idea what that does, and what it toggles on and off, but glad we didn't
have to go back to the store again.
