I've sent a more thorough explanation since then and have also submitted 
reviews on both apps to try to keep people from being enmeshed in this tangle. 
I haven't worked with it extensively yet, but it appears that the more 
expensive one does indeed work.

review of the program not opening. I would suggest avoiding the whole thing as 
it sounds like this app used to work but no longer does and is not managed by
