Hi, I think if the file is a zip file it will download. However, if it's an mp3 file or something like that then it takes you to safari then it just starts playing like Ray said. What I do in this case is use VO+right arrow to get to the stop button and activate that. You should then be able to use VO+shift+m to get to the menu. Arrow down to download video and activate that and your file should download.
