iTunes match will basically copy everything you have in your iTunes library that is available in the iTunes store. If you have tracks that are not available in the iTunes store, it will upload a copy to your iCloud library.
Once you have Match, you can choose to download better versions of the tracks that ou have in your library. You keep those even if you choose to cancel the service. Take Care John D.
