Hello Phil, By changing all the categories except Default and Content to a different voice, I’ve made the VO-Cmd-Arrow keys say Default every time. However, the changes work for Content as well. Changes also work when I switch to a different voice.
I think this must be a change with Yosemite as I used to have a different voice set for the other categories before installing Yosemite. I’m pretty sure I set all categories to one voice before installing Yosemite as some of the voices I was using were Infovox iVox and I know from experience that leaving one of those set can lead to trouble when doing a clean install then reloading everything from Time Machine.
