Hi Bill, thanks for picking up the tutorial, really appreciate it. Does it help 
if you whack the escape key a couple of times when VO gets into this state? 
Also be sure you've not interacted with the scroll area.
It might also be good if you haven't already, to go through the section in the 
tutorial that covers setting Amadeus Pro preferences.
