Cheree Heppe here: I got an upgrade to a Baum Pronto a the start of 2014. I like the Pronto's key layot and portable size. However, the Pronto sorftware seems clumsy and convoluted and some of their help documents seem patronizing to blind techniques. I have not even achieved basic usability with this Pronto 18. I thought that I could use it to take notes, interface with the I-devics and so on. I am definitely feeling that the physical form factor of the device is ery good but the software is about the opposite. I am sorry I spent my money in that direction now.
