Yes, this is a 10.10.3 issue I strongly recommend you email to Apple Accessibility. In the meantime, I find that closing and opening the message 2 or 3 times will fix it. There's a chance that toggling "load remote content" in Mail's preferences will help, but I can't be sure of that yet. Sent from my iPhone
