What it does not show in the playlist on itunes or on your phone let me know

Hi George,

I'm confused.  I already have Apple Match and I love it.  But what does that 
have to do with getting playlists to sync?  Maybe I was unclear before.  I 
don't care about the playlist physically residing on the phone, but I do want 
to be able to play it on the phone.  Right now it doesn't even show up in the 
list of playlists.
