Hi,

Yes, the Google Drive Desktop app is totally accessible.  The setup wizard 
thing is accessible and after that, you’ve got access to your Google Drive in 
the Finder, so, adding or removing items within the Google Drive is just like 
any other similar action in the Finder.  You can also share whatever’s in the 
Google Drive directly from the Contextual menu so that you don’t need to 
actually open your browser to do that sort of thing.
