Hi Josh, Do you even have any idea of what language you want to develop in? This might be a good app for a web site where someone can go to a certain link on the web site type their question in and then someone else can go to the web site and answer. Another way might be to do the same with html and have an email sent with the question and one replies to the email and therefore posts it on the web site and an email.
