Kawal, Re deleting Stocks, 1. with the clock face showing, press and hold. You'll hear sort of a beep and chirp. 2. Swipe left and Tap when you hear customize. 3.Swipe down till you get to the region where Stocks is. 4. You can select a different option by turning the digital crown to the right or left. 5. when you've got the option you want, just press on the crown until you get back out to the watch face. You should see your new option where Stocks used to be.
I'm using the Modular clock face also, and this worked for me. Good luck!
