I believe you can accomplish your goals, but I'd have to sit and dig  
for the various options.
First you can restrict a wireless client by setting up access control,  
which means you use the mac address and once done you can restrict  
even the periods of time they have access to the network. I'm not sure  
if the firewall on the TC is advanced enough to block a specific  
subnet or individual machines from outside access, but something  
sticks in my mind you could do this. I'm sure there are some on the  
list who could provide more info. I just haven't had to mess with the  
settings in a really long time. What you might want to do is spend a  
few bucks on the Take COntrol books and get the one on networking and  
it's entitled "Take COntrol of your 802.11N AirPort Network". This is  
a very detailed book about setting up various types of network  
configurations.
