I personally have heard great things about the Logitech keyboards. You can 
actually pretty much use any USB keyboard, the primary difference between Mac 
and Windows keyboards in the US is that the command and option keys by default 
are reversed in order. This can be created in System Preferences.

If you do any amount of typing I would suggest not going cheep on the keyboard. 
On the other hand if these are Apple products you currently have and you live 
close enough to an Apple store it does not hurt to bring then in for a Genius 
look. Apple gives free evaluations of issues.
