Hello all:
In the past, when I attached a file I could see the title and be certain the
correct one had been chosen. It is in the list, of course, but imbedded in the
email it merely says “attach image” and I cannot therefore double-check that
the correct file was chosen. Is there a way to check this? I am using Yosemite
on a new Macbook Air.

Additionally, I am also noticing that no matter what type of attachment is sent
to me, it says “image” which sometimes means it is an unreadable scanned image
and sometimes means it is a perfectly readable document of another format, but
there is no way to know until I do a “quick look” or save and open it. Again,
is there a way to check the format beforehand?
Thanks in advance.
