What’s the most effective way to
1. Search a PDF document for specified text, and
2. Select some text for copying to the clipboard from within a PDF document?

So far as I have been able to find out, tagged PDF (recognition of headings,
paragraphs, lists, tables and other structures preserved in tagged PDF files)
is still not supported by Preview.

Suggestions are welcome. I’ve tried Ctrl-Option-F, but it doesn’t appear to
search the entire document. Obviously, structural navigation would be helpful
but, as I mentioned above, doesn’t appear to be supported yet.
