Yes I found a text entry field and had the same no reading of the entery as I did it, but if you go back voice told me that was the field to put in a email if you wanted m s to contact you if they choose and that was the only edit field I found on the entire form

I’ve just downloaded this. I didn’t have any difficulty finding the text entry field, but VoiceOver wouldn’t read the text as I entered or edited it.
