Realize that you're dealing with graphic design software. Making graphics... I'm not sure how easy that is going to be if you have no vision, regardless the program you use. Please don't take offense. I'm definitely willing to learn something, if you know something I don't, but me personally, I just don't see how it could really easily be done. Now, that being said, that's not to say it can't be though.
