With Apple, it's a little different since I actually do this for a job, and now possess an Apple certification. Might I add, it took me lots of hard work to get this, so therefore, I don't want it taken away from me, and I'm a bit concerned that frankly, if I didn't report it, yet I knew of someone who was breaking the developer policy, I could get in trouble. It's the whole, if you knew, why didn't you say anything. So yeah, it's not meant to be... in your words... discriminatory. I'm sorry you took it that way.
