Folks, I've encountered a problem with Mail. I setup an account for my son on a machine he uses. I am using pop and we're sending/ receiving mail from Verizon our ISP. I am not having any problems sending mail, but we can't seem to receive mail on his machine. I've looked at the Verizon site and I can see his mail sitting out there, but I'm getting no error messages from Mail, but yet I'm not getting any mail from the server. So, anyone have any thoughts? I'm beating my head against the wall at this point and not even Verizon's Support techs have a clue.
