Toast 7 was the last version I tried and it was slightly accessible,
but more an exercise in frustration. There are a number of
alternatives available depending upon what you want to accomplish. For
creating audio CDs to play in a standard non-MP3 player, iTunes does a
fine job, but think some had issues with gapless tracks and I assume
that this applies to creating audio CDs as well as when Ripping them.
Dragon Burn is an accessible option from
http://www.ntius.com/en/us/home/default.asp
and can be also purchased from http://www.macupdate.com.
