There is no specific command to insert headings into a Pages document. You have to set a shortcut for each type of heading you wish to use and you can create your own. There are 8 available shortcuts that you can assign to paragraph or character styles: F1 through F8. Once you have a shortcut assigned, you just have to be in the paragraph to press the shortcut and the style is applied. Please don’t ask me how any of this compares to Windows as I’ve never used Windows.
