Hi,
Well, after being off this list for almost 2 months, I'm finally back  
on through a G Mail account.  I had similar problems with the  
inadvertent muting of speech, and Erik's tiup abouyt adjusting volume  
with VO Command arrows is really useful.  Had no idea about that one.   
Within the past week, I've inadvertently muted speech twice.  I  
disabled the track pad, but now that this command is known to me, I've  
re-enabled the trackpad commander.  Anyway, I hope this reaches the  
list.
