Pam,

there are a few ways this can be done.

Vo+M, followed by a second vo+M will do it. If you'd like to get their more directly though, then just simply press ctrl+F8.

Here are two more you may find useful... Ctrl+F2 is the same as pressing vo+M one time to get to the menu bar.

And ctrl+F3 is the same as pressing vo+D to get to your dock.

Those can be changed though... I mean the ctrl+F8, F2, and F3. So if you don't like them...

Let me know if you'd like me to give you step by step directions on how to remap those.
