Hi, I have been needing to update my Mac Book Pro since December/January of this past year, but needed help with resetting my Administrative password before I could do the update to Yosemity. My sighted niece was over today and helped me do the reset, and to make the process easier I unloaded VO with Command +F5.
There were 2 IOS updates that the MBP had to go through. Apparently, it did the first of the two. It is currently downloading the second IOS update to IOS 10.10.5 (I believe that is the correct version). Anyway, my niece had to leave and I am now waiting on the download to finish. VO has not come back on. I have tried re-loading VO by using Command+F5, but it would not come back on. Should I have used the VO Utility with VO+F8? Does any one know at what point in this process I will be able to turn Voice Over back on or if it will come up on its own once the down-load is done? Sorry to be so dumb about this. Thanks for any help. Eileen -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
