Scott, as you know I'm basically in the same camp as you. When I modded the AIphone list, I was frequently criticized for being too lax. and i completely agree about the delete key and it's incredible value. :) However, unless you decide just not to read certain people's emails, you do end up slogging through a lot of unnecessary junk, which few of us have time to do. So, we all know who the problematic posters are. If someone were to say to them, either shape up or ship out, it would make the list much more efficient, which I think would be a good thing.
