If someone were to start cursing and ranting, perhaps I or another moderator wouldn't catch the first 10, but we would moderate as soon as we caught it. The topic could be closed and that would be that. Any other future behavior from said person would result in other actions being taken.
So No, I can't promise to catch every bad thing ever said. What I can say is things will not devolve to the point where they are now. I've made this point multiple times and I will continue to make it. I've seen countless people joining.
