Using mac mail, you can use command option shift up arrow to select all of the messages from where you are to the top of the list, and command shift down arrow to move from where you are to the bottom of a list of messages. After you have selected them you can then press the delete key. These are not voice over commands. Again, command shift option up arrow or command shift option down arrow to select from where you are to the top or bottom of the list of messages. Command option up arrow will take you to the top of the list of messages in mail, and command option down arrow will take you to the bottom of the list. If I am completely misunderstanding what you want to do, I apologize.
