I use the www.bankofamerica.com site every day and have no issues.  Another 
great way that’s totally accessible is to use the Application if the site is an 
issue.  The iPhone version is perfectly accessible and the Android version is 
accessible with some button labeling.  That aside, the actual web site is quite 
easy and screen reader friendly.  Do you have specific examples of the issues 
they are having I would be glad to provide pointers if you have some idea the 
issue.
