Hi Scott, Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, my client uses the iPhone Bank of America app regularly but needs to use the site to print out older statements which she tells me you can not do in the app. Did you ever have any VO issues the first time you used the website as I believe since she has not used the website she is being asked for two or three different passwords to confirm her online identity.
