Hi,

You can already do this with a service that's in OS X, actually. You 
technically don't need apps for this. As far as I have seen, though, Audiobook 
Builder only works with audio files to turn them into books. Still, you could 
use the OS X service in conjunction with the app to merge the files, or make 
chapter stops.
