What are you trying to accomplish? It sounds as though you have successfully created the bootable USB install key for El Capitan. Are you now attempting to perform a fresh install of El Capitan on your Mac or are you simply attempting to install El Capitan over your existing copy of Yosemite. Please be as specific as possible.
