Thanks for the encouragement. You're right it does get old. I'd rather fix them myself as I never feel good about nagging people about the same stuff. Yeah, I know it's a psychological thing, but I always feel like I'm just bitching rather than helping something get fixed. Their form letter in response generally does nothing to help that. But, I will again attempt to formulate a polite half-decent bug report even if it's for no other reason than to fill their junk mail folder.
