Hi! Yes, it can. If the app has implemented the 1Password extension, you will see a 1Password icon on the appropriate screens. Of course, if they haven't yet, you can always suggest that they do. Of course, in the case of apps that use either Twitter or Facebook, you can just enter those details into the settings app under Twitter/Facebook, and alert should pop up when you want to log in asking if you want to allow permission to that information.
