Yeah, they needed to update these to work with System Integrity Protection, but 
the voices themselves are pretty useless. :(

I’m prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt since they’re clearly not an 
Apple firm, but I still stand by my earlier recommendation.  It’s just not 
worth it.  In fact, I’m finding that I no longer install voices for the 
language until I really require them, sticking only to the default enhanced 
voice and Alex exclusively.  I think this probably just means you’ll get the 
best experience with the chosen system default voices which can easily be 
accessed with VoiceOver Utility.
