I’m not sure exactly when it started in the KFB Reader, but I suspect it was
with the release of IOS 9. At that time I needed to use a web site for a
purchase and when prompted to update my credit card info (i.e. experation month
and year) using picker buttons, it would not work. Other people on the
IDevices list said they have had the problem with the picker buttons ... same
type of thing as in KFB Reader where you need to double tap then flick up/down
to change/select a value. Its just not working.

In all honesty, I have not had a reason to try updating credit card info again,
but I doubt its been fixed since so many other things are working crappily.

Hello,

I, too, am experiencing this problem.

The thing is, I don't see how to set a new default speech rate. If such a
mechanism exists, then we'd be in business.

Was it possible to set a new speech rate previously?

Mark

It's actually 20% and it seems to reset itself each time. I'm calling this a
major bug.
