I've not found this one yet, but I'll keep an eye out for it.

Subject: Safari holds onto VO focus in El Capitan
Hi,
A strange behaviour has started to occur in latest Safari in El Capitan.
Iff I have Safari open and go to let's say my carier provider website, and
then try to command+tab to another application, say, e-mail, Safari drags
the focus back to itself. It is really bizarre! Anybody else has
experience this? I have to quit Safari to be able to go to another open
application on my mac. This wasn't so immediately after installing El
Capitan but began to happen after the last update to 10.11.1
Andrew
