1Password is a great choice for a password manager. Windows, OS X and iOS are supported and kept in sync. If you also use Windows they offer a package deal and they will throw in a free upgrade for iOS.

This app also supports credit card support so you do not need to enter your card every time you use it. Lots to look at, but you get I think a 30 day trial.

Oh and you use a secure password to unlock the app every time you use it, easier to remember just one password.
