Hi!
I have the same problem as you if it can be of some help.
I don’t know why and i gave up the accessibility team since they always say now 
a days that evry thing is device specific.
I am on the public beta so i can use the feedback app which i do.
I have told them several times to fix this crap but they don’t prioritize it.
I begin more and more to think of an android phone as an alternative as things 
seems to work much better on android.
