I could not determine who you meant from that post.
In their defense after my last post, I can say that at least once or twice
I have reached individuals in a position to test then repair an issue I
brought to their attention.
Given accessibility means different things to different populations, I
do hope there is a team, not a single person though.

Unfortunately, Amazon has a long history of having a screwed up website.
There are so many things they need to fix with respect to accessibility. I
wonder what their priorities are. I guess they have started with their
Kindle reader, making it better than stock android talk back. And the Alexa
app became accessible earlier this year after becoming inaccessible.
Apparently, it was accessible for a little while, then it was broken for
several months and then fixed.
