I think one way to do it would be to connect a bluetooth or the bluetooth adapter to the windows virtual image and then pair with that your windows keyboard. Not sure the implications though if you are using bluetooth on the Mac side other than you’ll probably lose that.
I do not know what happens if you pair windows keyboards directly with the Mac.
