Yesto both. If the keyboard has a wireless usb dongle for the connection then you will have to tell the vm software to connect it to the vm rther the than the mac. Then it should just work as normal
If your using bootcamp then connect the laptop and use the keyboard If it’s Bluetooth then under bootcamp there should be a bootcamp Bluetooth option I’ve used both a windows keyboard and an apple keyboard both through bootcamp and vm ware fusion. And they work fine.
