Hi Once Again,

In my other two messages about my saga with my upgrade to VMware 8, I've
explained how I successfully got past the problems with VMware's
reliance on Cisco Webex for remote access. I've also described the
partial success VMware Tech Support had fixing my issue. Windows works,
Linux does not. Bummer -- but that's another thread.

VMware seems to have broken my Mac key mappings. Most noticable case in
point ...

Command+M no longer takes me to the menu bar. Rather Vo responds "Minimize."
If I want the menu bar, I have to do Ctrl+F2, a more awkward gesture.

There are other mapping issues as well. For instance, I can't seem to
actually get my keyboard into the Windows vm. I seem stuck in the VMware
chrome on the Mac. I'll have to hack at this one.

Anyone know, or have a thought of what might have happened here? How do
I get my familiar Apple mappings back?

Thanks in advance for any help on this one particularly.

Janina
