Hi Janina, How did you set up your keyboard shortcuts to start with. System Preferences? Have you tried looking in there again?
I actually can’t imagine any situation in which a remote support tool would reset the keyboard shortcuts you manually set, but I’m curious to know how you think they were set originally. Unless your remote support person helpfully reset them all for you, which I imagine is entirely possible—in that case, of course, your mappings would be lost and you would need to reset them all to your preferences again.
