You know Chuck, I've used both.

Both of them actually are quite quite good.  I personally like the interface 
better of Super Duper, and I've never had a single bit of trouble using it.  
Don't get me wrong.  I do not want to give any false info, so let me be very 
very clear.  Carbon Copy Cloner is extremely accessible, and works 
fantastically.  The final result either way is going to practically be the 
same; you'll get a complete snapshot image of any partition volume.

Honestly, I think it's more a user preference than anything.  You know... you 
like bananas, I like oranges.  I just happen to find that SD is a bit less 
cluttered.  Again though.  That's very subjective, and is mainly that only of 
my opinion.
