yes, it will back up VMware as well. Basically the TimeMachine backup performs 
a whole system backup, and Fusion uses what’s known as VMware bundle file to 
store package of Windows files, which is by default stored in 
/users/docuements/VMware folder. If you got a big enough hard drive space you 
can also back that file up for any other use.
